Social Security Administration Exempts Violence Evaluation and Reporting System from Privacy Act Provisions

The Social Security Administration is issuing a final rule to exempt its Violence Evaluation and Reporting System from certain provisions of the Privacy Act, as the system will contain investigatory material compiled for law enforcement purposes.
