Navy to Grant Co-Exclusive License for Optimized Subsonic Projectiles

The US Department of the Navy is issuing a notice of intent to grant a co-exclusive license to Newcomer Arms, LLC and Burkart-Taylor, LLC for the use of a government-owned invention related to optimized subsonic projectiles, as described in a 2015 patent application.
