Cost of Living Adjustment to Royalty Rates for Webcaster Statutory License; Correction
The U.S. government has corrected a rule published in 2018 regarding the annual cost of living adjustment to royalty rates paid by noncommercial noninteractive webcasters for the public performance of sound recordings, as required by law.
