Issuance of a Presidential Permit for San Diego-Tijuana Airport Cross Border Facility

The U.S. Department of State issued a Presidential permit on August 3, 2010, allowing Otay-Tijuana Venture, L.L.C. to build, operate, and maintain the San Diego-Tijuana Airport Cross Border Facility, a pedestrian bridge near San Diego, California, at the U.S.-Mexico border.
