Change Address Quality Threshold for Intelligent Mail Package Barcode

The Postal Service is revising Mailing Standards of the United States Postal Service, Domestic Mail Manual (DMM[supreg]) section 204.2.1.8 to update the Address Quality (AQ) Compliance threshold for all mailers who enter commercial parcels.
