Manual for Courts-Martial: Publication of Supplementary Materials

The Joint Services Committee on Wartime Compensation (JSC) has published supplementary materials to the Manual for Courts-Martial (MCM), which were amended by Executive Order 13825. These changes do not reflect the official position of the Department of Defense or any other government agency and have been approved by the JSC and the General Counsel of the Department of Defense.
