Federal Transit Administration to Increase Random Drug Testing Rate for Employers

The Federal Transit Administration (FTA) is raising the minimum random drug testing rate for employers subject to its rule from 25 percent to 50 percent in 2019, while keeping the minimum alcohol testing rate at 10 percent for the same year.
