SEC Adopts New Rules for Covered Investment Fund Research Reports

The Securities and Exchange Commission is introducing new rules to provide safe harbor protection for unaffiliated broker-dealers publishing research reports on covered investment funds, and to exclude these reports from certain regulatory requirements.
