OSMRE Requests Renewed Approval for Permit Applications Information Collection

The Office of Surface Mining Reclamation and Enforcement (OSMRE) is seeking renewed approval from the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to continue collecting information for Permit Applications--Minimum Requirements for Legal, Financial, Compliance, and Related Information, as mandated by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
