FAA Requests U.S. Battery Makers to Provide Information on Zero-Emission Vehicles

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is seeking information from U.S. battery manufacturers on the availability of lithium-ion secondary cell battery packs that meet the requirements of eligible airport-dedicated zero-emission vehicles, in order to support the acquisition and operation of these vehicles at airports.
