EPA Proposes Conditional Approval of Tennessee State Implementation Plan

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to conditionally approve a portion of Tennessee's State Implementation Plan (SIP) revision to comply with the Nitrogen Oxides (NOx) SIP Call, while also fully approving the remaining portion to remove Clean Air Interstate Rule (CAIR) Program rules and a previous NOx trading program regulation.
