Federal Communications Commission Seeks Comments on Application to Surrender Cable Television Exemption

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) is soliciting comments and motions to intervene on a notice of application by Margaret Moser to surrender her cable television exemption, following which the public will have the opportunity to protest the decision
