FMCSA Seeks Public Comment on North Shore Environmental Construction, Inc.'s Application for Exemption from Hours-of-Service Regulations

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) has announced that it is soliciting public comment on an application from North Shore Environmental Construction, Inc. for a five-year exemption from the 14-hour rule for drivers responding to environmental emergencies, allowing them to work longer hours without violating federal regulations.
