EPA Proposes Approval of Alabama's State Implementation Plan for Regional Haze

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve Alabama's State Implementation Plan (SIP) revision, which addresses the state's progress in reducing air pollution under the Clean Air Act and EPA's rules, and determines the adequacy of the state's regional haze plan.
