EPA Proposes Approval of Antelope Valley Air Quality Management District SIP Revision

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve a revision to the Antelope Valley Air Quality Management District (AVAQMD) portion of the California State Implementation Plan (SIP) to regulate emissions of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) from organic liquid loading, in compliance with the Clean Air Act (CAA).
