Proposed Establishment of Class E Airspace; Coushatta, LA

This action proposes to establish Class E airspace extending upward from 700 feet above the surface at The Red River Airport, Coushatta, LA. Controlled airspace is necessary to accommodate new standard instrument approach procedures developed at The Red River Airport, for the safety and management of instrument flight rules (IFR) operations.
