EPA Updates Submission of Invoices Clause to Include Electronic Invoicing Requirements

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is updating its Submission of Invoices clause to require electronic invoicing, starting in 2019, as part of its transition to the Invoice Processing Platform (IPP) provided by the U.S. Treasury.
