Coast Guard Proposes Changes to Bridge Operating Schedule in Astoria, OR

The US Coast Guard is proposing to modify the operating schedule of three bridges in Astoria, Oregon, allowing them to open during weekend hours with a 2-hour advance notice, in an effort to reduce draw tender usage.
