US Commerce Department Suspends Countervailing Duty Investigation on Sugar from Mexico
The US Department of Commerce has preliminarily determined that Mexican companies are in compliance with a sugar trade agreement, and has cleared the agreement to meet statutory requirements, allowing the investigation to be suspended for the specified period.
