EPA Finalizes Good Neighbor Obligations for 2008 Ozone NAAQS Under Clean Air Act

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has finalized its determination that the existing Cross-State Air Pollution Rule Update for the 2008 Ozone National Ambient Air Quality Standards (CSAPR Update) fully addresses the good neighbor provision of the Clean Air Act (CAA) for all remaining CSAPR Update states, resolving an outstanding obligation to fully address requirements for 21 states.
