Determination Under Section 1010(a) of the Supplemental Appropriations Act of 2010

The U.S. government has made a determination under Section 1010(a) of the Supplemental Appropriations Act of 2010, which was signed into law by President Barack Obama on July 23, 2010 (Pub. L. 111-212).
