DoD Issues Final Rule to Modify Single-Source Contract Limitations Under DFARS

The Department of Defense (DoD) has issued a final rule to amend the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) to increase the threshold for awarding single-source task or delivery order contracts exceeding $112 million, as mandated by the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2019.
