EPA Submits Request for Renewal of Emergency Planning and Release Notification Requirements Under the Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has submitted a request to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and approval of an information collection request (ICR) related to Emergency Planning and Release Notification Requirements under the Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act. The ICR, which is currently set to expire on December 31, 2018, is being proposed for a renewal and public comments are being sought.
