Federal Reserve Board Adopts Proposal to Extend Reporting Requirements for Consolidated Holding Company Report and Annual Report on Merchant Banking Investments

The Federal Reserve Board of Governors has approved a proposal to extend the submission of the Consolidated Holding Company Report of Equity Investments in Nonfinancial Companies and the Annual Report of Merchant Banking Investments Held for an Extended Period for three years, with revisions, under delegated authority and in accordance with the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) regulations.
