Exclusive Patent License for Multifunctional RNA Nanoparticles and Methods of Use

The National Cancer Institute, part of the National Institutes of Health, Department of Health and Human Services, is considering granting an exclusive patent license to Sixfold Biosciences Inc., a California-based company, to utilize the inventions described in the patent applications listed in the supplementary information section of this notice.
