Copyright Royalty Judges Announce Distribution of Digital Audio Recording Technology Royalty Funds

The Copyright Royalty Judges are initiating a proceeding to decide how the digital audio recording technology royalty fees from the 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, and 2011 Sound Recordings Funds will be distributed, and set a deadline for parties to file a Petition to Participate and any required filing fee.
