Cboe BYX Exchange, Inc. Receives Order to Extend Limited Exemption for Retail Price Improvement Program

The Cboe BYX Exchange, Inc. has been granted an extension to its limited exemption from Rule 612(c) of Regulation NMS, allowing the exchange to continue its Retail Price Improvement Program.
