NMFS Announces 2019 Fee Percentages for Pacific Coast Groundfish Trawl Rationalization Program

The Magnuson-Stevens Act Provisions announce fee percentages for the Pacific Coast Groundfish Trawl Rationalization Program, including 2.9% for the Shorebased Individual Fishing Quota (IFQ) Program, for the 2019 cost recovery fees. The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) provides the necessary pricing, including $0.07/lb for Pacific whiting.
