EPA Accepts Kansas' Negative Declaration on Sewage Sludge Incineration Units

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has accepted the negative declaration submitted by the State of Kansas, stating that Sewage Sludge Incineration (SSI) units subject to the Clean Air Act (CAA) do not exist within the state's jurisdiction.
