U.S. Department of State Seeks OMB Approval for Form DS-117 Application to Determine Returning Resident Status

The U.S. Department of State is requesting a 30-day public comment period for its proposed information collection, Form DS-117, which is used by aliens applying for special immigrant classification as a returning resident, in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
