Nasdaq GEMX Submits Proposed Rule Change for Market Makers Trading in Non-Appointed Options Classes

Nasdaq GEMX, LLC has filed a proposed rule change with the Self-Regulatory Organizations, which, if approved, will allow market makers to trade in non-appointed options classes with immediate effectiveness.
