Nasdaq ISE Submits Proposed Rule Change for Market Makers Trading in Non-Appointed Options Classes

Nasdaq ISE, LLC has filed a proposed rule change with the SEC, which, if approved, would allow market makers to trade in non-appointed options classes, effective immediately.
