NYSE Arca, Inc. Filing for Rule Change to Remove 'Allied Person' Term

NYSE Arca, Inc. has filed a proposed rule change with the SEC to immediately delete references to the term 'Allied Person' from its exchange rules, as part of an effort to modernize its regulatory framework.
