HUD Requests Public Comment on Proposed Changes to Public Housing Annual Contributions Contract

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) is seeking approval from the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for changes to its Public Housing Annual Contributions Contract (ACC) grant agreement, which governs how public housing agencies (PHAs) operate and are funded. HUD is requesting public comment on the proposed changes, which are based on current applicable statutes and regulations, and will accept comments for 60 days.
