ODNI Proposes Exemptions for Certain Systems of Records Under the Privacy Act of 1974

The Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) is proposing to exempt certain systems of records from the Privacy Act of 1974, including the Continuous Evaluation System and the Intelligence Community Office of Inspector General's systems, and to establish a list of all ODNI systems subject to exemption. This proposal aims to restore the list of exempt systems and clarify the exemptions for these systems.
