Flood Hazard Determinations Update: Communities Affected

The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has revised flood hazard determinations for certain communities, updating Flood Insurance Rate Maps (FIRMs) and Flood Insurance Study (FIS) reports to reflect new scientific or technical data, which will be used to calculate flood insurance premium rates for new buildings and contents.
