NYSE Proposes Rule Change to Fees for Business Development Companies

The New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) has filed a proposed rule change to amend Chapter 9 of its Listed Company Manual, which governs fees for Business Development Companies (BDCs). The proposed rule change would make the fee structure for BDCs more transparent and consistent with other NYSE-listed companies.
