Farm Credit Administration Issues Final Rule on Non-Accrual Loans

The Farm Credit Administration has issued a final rule revising the classification and reinstatement criteria for high-risk loans in the Farm Credit System, with an effective date at least 30 days after publication in the Federal Register.
