Farm Credit Administration Repeals Production Credit Association Loan Amortization Requirement

The Farm Credit Administration is repealing the 15-year loan amortization requirement for production credit associations, while requiring Farm Credit System associations to address amortization through credit underwriting standards and internal controls, with the new rule taking effect at least 30 days after publication in the Federal Register.
