U.S. Department of the Army's Jefferson Proving Ground to Gain Possession of NRC-Licensed Materials

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is seeking public comment on a proposed amendment to the license for the Jefferson Proving Ground, which would allow the Army to possess NRC-licensed materials without the need for decommissioning, and also exempt the Army from the NRC's decommissioning timeliness requirements.
