U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Approves TN Americas LLC Spent Fuel Storage System

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission has confirmed the effective date of March 12, 2019, for a direct final rule that amended the agency's spent fuel storage regulations to include a new cask system, the TN Americas LLC Standardized Advanced NUHOMS Horizontal Modular Storage System, with Certificate of Compliance No. 1029 Amendment No. 4.
