United Nuclear Corporation Church Rock Project Amendment Request

United Nuclear Corporation (UNC), a subsidiary of General Electric Company (GE), has requested an amendment to its reclamation plan for the Uranium Mill site in New Mexico to construct a repository for mine-impacted soil. The proposed repository would store soil waste from the Northeast Church Rock Mine Site, currently slated for removal and transportation.
