U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Submits Proposed Information Collection for Review

The NRC recently submitted a proposed collection of information to the Office of Management and Budget for review, including a request to revise an existing collection related to exemptions and regulatory authority in Agreement States and offshore waters under the Atomic Energy Act of 1954.
