NRC Publishes Direct Final Rule to Correct Error in NAC International MAGNASTOR Cask System Listing

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) published a direct final rule on June 6, 2017, to amend its spent fuel storage regulations, revising the NAC International MAGNASTOR Cask System listing to include Amendment No. 7 to Certificate of Compliance No. 1031. The rule became effective on August 21, 2017, to correct a minor editorial and non-substantive error.
