Exelon Generation Company, LLC Seeks Exemption to Delay Emergency Planning Activities at Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission is considering a request from Exelon Generation Company, LLC to delay the implementation of emergency planning exemptions at the Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station, allowing the facility to reduce its planning activities from 365 days to 285 days.
