NRC Withdraws Final Interim Staff Guidance on Review of Evaluation for Nuclear Power Plants

The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is withdrawing its Final Interim Staff Guidance (ISG) DC/COL-ISG-10, which provided guidance on reviewing probabilistic risk assessment information and severe accident assessment for nuclear power plants. The ISG was incorporated into the NUREG-0800 standard review plan in 2017, making it unnecessary for further use.
