NRC Withdraws Final Interim Staff Guidance on Probabilistic Risk Assessment for Nuclear Reactors

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has withdrawn its Final Interim Staff Guidance DC/COL-ISG-03, which provided guidance on probabilistic risk assessment for design certification and combined license applications, due to the incorporation of its content into the Standard Review Plan for the Review of Safety Analysis Reports for Nuclear Power Plants: LWR Edition.
