NRC Considers 40-Year Extension for Clinton Power Station License

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is considering extending the operating license of the Clinton Power Station, Unit No. 1, by 40 years, from its original expiration date of September 29, 2026, to April 17, 2027.
