Exelon Generation Company, LLC Exempt from Higher Insurance Coverage for Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has reissued an exemption allowing Exelon Generation Company, LLC to reduce the minimum insurance coverage limit for Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station from $1.06 billion to $50 million, effective 9.38 months after certification of permanent cessation of power operations.
