Exelon Generation Company, LLC Reissues Nuclear Regulatory Commission Exemption for Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission has reissued an exemption allowing Exelon to reduce the required liability insurance for Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station from $450 million to $100 million, effective 9.38 months after certification of permanent power cessation.
